Filezilla 3 is nice but missing some things earlier versions had. I like Programmers Notepad, but it looks the same as Notepad++ (never used it). GIMPshop is supposed to be laid out more like Photoshop, so they say. But Photoshop is my love. AVG is what I use. AVG8 is nice. Installed Avast once. Looks like it has some neat features. WinZip just has been the de facto stand it seems. Used it from day one. Played with WinRar some, you need it for rars anyway. WinACE isn't necessary. For anti-virus software, I have Sophos AntiVirus (you have to pay for it normally, but I got it free through my uni!).
