I’m a Sucker for Love Stories
I’d like to believe that everyone else is but that’s impossible. Some of you even hate love stories. Anyway, aren’t love stories just so hooking? And I’m not just talking about any love stories here, I’m talking about the heavy drama kind of thing (or at least, the very cheesy ones). It’s been raining lately and there’s nothing more I love on a rainy day than a good old love story. Hence, I made a list of the best love stories there is (for me, at least) and decided to share it with you.
- Closer – I love this movie more than anything else ever shown. ‘Nuff said…. Actually, no. I still have more to say and here it goes. I love how the story is very mature and is unique amongst all the others I’ve seen before. Plus, the fight scenes are just so damn good.
- The Notebook – And who doesn’t love this movie?
- A Walk to Remember – This movie can make me cry. Again. And Again. And Again.
- Notting Hill – “I’m just a girl, standing in front of a boy, asking him to love her.” <3
As of now, that’s all that I could think of (I really have to rummage that DVD pile upstairs someday). My new fanlisting is open now by the way! Check out the fanlisting for Harriet the Spy and if you’re a fan too, please do join.
PS: If you want to recommend/remind me of some movies, please feel free to do so.

We all need a lil bit of love. <3
Anyways, if you’re okay with Korean movies, I’d recommend Windstruck

I didn’t really get into Closer, maybe I should try watching it again. The other ones are classic though! Notting Hill is one of my favourite movies, by far.

I was preparing to comment, “How could you forget Love Actually?!?!?!” but apparently a lot of people have already sounded off ahead of me lol
I loved Closer as well. I think it was one of a kind. One of my favorite movies until now.
Also, When Harry Met Sally. That will always be a classic in my books

OMG, I love, love, LOVE love stories! Hehe! Hmm, I’ve never watched Notting Hill nor or Closer before, but that’s going to be on my list of movies to watch now! Hehe!
Hmm, besides the movies that people have already recommended… Someone Like You, Down to you, and 2 days in paris are pretty good movies. Haha, I have a looooong list of movies that I love. =P Too bad you don’t have Facebook or you can see most of that list. LOL.

I’m a closet love-story fan
As long as the story isn’t too gag-inducing!

I hate love stories [except I secretly love them, but shhh]. However, I absolutely ADORE “Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind”. Sure, it’s actually a drama but I don’t care — there’s love involved and I love it!

I’ve always thought that guys hated love stories. I commend you. :] Love stories RULE.
I cried like four times during A Walk To Remember. It’s one of my favorite movies of all time.
What you should watch is PS I Love You. I cried multiple times and absolutely loved it.

I’m not a big fan of love stories, but a Walk to Remember is really nice

Ah, I’m a sucker for love stories too.
I love the song from a Walk to Remember that Mandy Moore sings… “I’ll always remember…”
I think I’ll go take a look at “The Closer” and “Notting Hill” right now!
