Green and White Day

Today, DLSZ (aka my school) held it’s first ever Green and White Day in celebration of the pep rally. Everyone was required to wear green and/or white. I wore a green shirt and white pants, but that’s not important.

All I wanted to say is this: Don’t you all just love school pride? :D

P.S: Some people thought I was a member of the pep squad.
P.P.S: I KNEW I should’ve brought a camera!

Our school had “mufti days”, it was when you could wear anything you like. However, it was pointless since the school at the time had no uniform and people wore what they want anyway.

It all seems a bit weird to me…but then again, I like to think of myself as a rebel of sorts. Being FORCED to attend a pep rally will just make me rebel against ‘the man’. :P

I love school spirit days! It’s so much fun to see everyone dressed in the same colours

I tried to go along with whatever my school did (like wear pajamas on PJ day or dress alike with a friend on Twin Day). It was always fun, and a good excuse to wear funky clothes. ;) School spirit days are fun, because (mostly) everyone is in a good mood, too!

Haha! I love my school and getting all hyped up at the pep rallies (sp?). But, I hate our colors. Red, black, white, and silver. BOR – ING.

    That’s cool, though.
Sounds like you had a great time!

I sometimes like school spirit days, but it only just gives me an excuse to wear green/black excessively, two of my favorite colors. I don’t do pep rallys or anything of that sort, except for required choir performances.

No one can really force you to do anything. My school used to do that, but after they figured out that we weren’t participating, they just gave up.

We had royal blue & gold day whenever we had a game. When it was game season, we’d have to wear blue & gold every friday. It was very fun!
