Today was turning out to be a pretty typical night for me. I’m sitting in front of my laptop after dinner when I check Tweetdeck and see Mellisa‘s tweet asking who’s participating in the annual CSS Naked Day. I then immediately checked the date to see if it really was April 9 (summer makes you forget what day it is, what more date). It was.
Panic-stricken, as I’ve always made it a point to participate in the CSS Naked Day, I go to my website and check if I still have the handy WordPress plugin which automatically strips your website of stylesheets as April 9 strikes the first time somewhere in the world. Thankfully, it is.
So, to you guys, who’s going naked this year?

And also within a short period of time. I used to try and think very well first before joining the latest frenzy that’s been sweeping the internet, and if I do join them, they usually just rot within a week or so. Lately though, I join a social network and actually stay, if not addicted, with it. Number one example is Twitter. I revived my old rotting account a couple of weeks ago, and I am so hooked to it! The first program I open after the computer boots is TweetDeck and I usually spend a minute or two catching up with the world before opening up other things.
Another social networking site I’ve had for ages and recently revived is Flickr. Since I’ve taken interest in (completely amateur, n00b) photography once more, I decided, what better place to put those photos other than Flickr? So go ahead and add me up there.
Amongst others, I also have a Multiply account, a Facebook account, a Last.FM account and a (half-dead, because Twitter’s cooler) Plurk account. The first two I won’t share because I want them to be purely for RL, but the others are in my about page.
Oh, and by the way, I also created a Dreamwidth account today! If you have a Dreamwidth account as well, you can go find me here.
What social networking sites are you a member of? If you want me to add you, leave a link of them in the comments (or you could just add me up, and inform me about it so I can add you back. I’m not very picky)!

I missed it during the previous years, and had it not been for Mellisa‘s tweet (see how Twitter is crucial?), I would have forgotten about it again. It’s CSS Naked Day!
Just wanted to pass by and tell you that I’ve gone naked. To learn more about CSS Naked Day, and how it helps promote the usage of semantic, head over to the official website of the annual CSS Naked Day!
