There are a few nights wherein no matter how I twist and turn, I couldn’t seem to get the right position to sleep. This situation happened to me Monday night. So what exactly I was doing being sleepless for 36 hours?
- Made myself an online bookshelf.
- Finished a layout I’ll put up in a couple of days.
- Wrote a blog script using CodeGrrl’s Build-A-Blog tutorial.
- Watched an entire season of Sex and the City.
- Put up a very cheesy short story and an article about the factors of a personal site.
- Saw very wonderful things on Etsy but I’ll save those for next time.
- Helped Josh out (somehow) with some issues.
- Had two of my teeth extracted for my soon-to-be braces.
With all those things I did, I thought that I would feel like Superman or something, but no. I just felt tired and sleepy but somehow accomplished.

After a long week of editing and tweaking, I finally finished putting up the new Twisted. Nothing’s really changed except for the layout, the CMS and the URL. I actually thought of rewriting my oh-so-unoriginal about page but then, I would go on again for another week trying grasp for the right words and the right time to put it in so I decided to ditch the idea (psst…if you would write me an about page, I would totally adore you. kidding).
The last time I used Wordpress, that was back when I owned Disco Beat (which is now dead) and it was still around version 2.3 or something. Now, here I am welcomed by the new interface brought about by Wordpress 2.5! I actually like the latest version of Wordpress. It’s slick, stylish and it looks so 2.0! My only problem with it is that some plugins I used to use aren’t compatible with the latest version of WP. *sigh*
So I guess that would be it. I would like to hear from you though. What do you think about the look? I always problems with the colors I choose so I would love it if you can address any issues to me.
