Sleepless for 36 Hours

There are a few nights wherein no matter how I twist and turn, I couldn’t seem to get the right position to sleep. This situation happened to me Monday night. So what exactly I was doing being sleepless for 36 hours?

  1. Made myself an online bookshelf.
  2. Finished a layout I’ll put up in a couple of days.
  3. Wrote a blog script using CodeGrrl’s Build-A-Blog tutorial.
  4. Watched an entire season of Sex and the City.
  5. Put up a very cheesy short story and an article about the factors of a personal site.
  6. Saw very wonderful things on Etsy but I’ll save those for next time.
  7. Helped Josh out (somehow) with some issues.
  8. Had two of my teeth extracted for my soon-to-be braces.

With all those things I did, I thought that I would feel like Superman or something, but no. I just felt tired and sleepy but somehow accomplished. :)

So..Here It Is

After a long week of editing and tweaking, I finally finished putting up the new Twisted. Nothing’s really changed except for the layout, the CMS and the URL. I actually thought of rewriting my oh-so-unoriginal about page but then, I would go on again for another week trying grasp for the right words and the right time to put it in so I decided to ditch the idea (psst…if you would write me an about page, I would totally adore you. kidding).

The last time I used Wordpress, that was back when I owned Disco Beat (which is now dead) and it was still around version 2.3 or something. Now, here I am welcomed by the new interface brought about by Wordpress 2.5! I actually like the latest version of Wordpress. It’s slick, stylish and it looks so 2.0! My only problem with it is that some plugins I used to use aren’t compatible with the latest version of WP. *sigh*

So I guess that would be it. I would like to hear from you though. What do you think about the look? I always problems with the colors I choose so I would love it if you can address any issues to me. :)
